Rob and Kirby's wedding was definitely one of my favorite weddings to have been a part of because it was one of the most relaxing work environments I've ever been in. To start, I have known both Rob and Kirby for almost as long as I have known my wife Carly, and I knew a strong majority of the groomsmen, bridesmaids, and guests at their wedding. (Carly was one of those guests) Needless to say, their wedding day was a very comfortable situation right from the beginning and gave me freedom to throw out all kinds of ideas for different pictures because I knew the bride and groom's personalities. Photo tip: Knowing someone's personality shapes the photos you take of them. It also doesn't hurt that both Rob and Kirby are incredibly photogenic already. The other reason I loved this wedding: I got to take some time during the reception to take a quick break to dance with Carly for a song or two... Always a plus.
